DRAFT FOR REVIEW

How MyBubble uses automated processing

MyBubble uses automated processing where flexible interpretation creates real value. The intelligence should feel like one coherent product—not a model control panel—and important actions remain under your control.

What automated processing may do

After the original is saved, MyBubble may extract readable text, propose a concise title and summary, identify supported facts such as dates or amounts, describe what may matter, suggest a bounded next step, or answer an explicit question using saved source evidence.

What it does not decide

Automated output does not authorize access, grant a plan, schedule a reminder, accept a suggestion, delete content or perform an external action. Deterministic software and explicit confirmation control those transitions.

Source, inference and uncertainty

Visible or extracted source facts, reasonable inference and uncertainty are not the same. MyBubble should show the source for grounded answers, abstain when evidence is insufficient and ask a short clarification only when the missing detail materially changes the outcome.

Mistakes and correction

Automated output can be wrong, especially with blurred images, unusual layouts, ambiguous language or incomplete documents. Check important information against the original. Your explicit corrections to supported fields take priority and must not be silently overwritten by later processing.

Data sent for processing

Only context needed for the requested operation should be sent to a provider. Depending on the feature, this can include a source image or PDF, extracted text, relevant Bubble facts, your question and limited source context. It should not include unrelated Bubbles merely for convenience.

Cost and retry discipline

MyBubble reuses stored results when they remain valid and bounds provider operations. Opening a Bubble or ordinary search should not silently start a new paid analysis. A deterministic failure should not be repeated unchanged in a hidden loop.

Professional and high-impact decisions

MyBubble is not a medical, legal, financial or other professional adviser. It must not make commitments or present uncertain automated output as a confirmed fact. Seek qualified help when a mistake could materially affect health, rights, money or safety.

Current technical-provider picture

Repository source currently represents OpenAI for language/document operations and Supabase for server orchestration and storage. The final notice must verify the deployed provider versions, roles, contractual settings, retention, training treatment, processing locations and international-transfer safeguards.

Still required before public release

  • Current provider contracts, subprocessor roles and processing locations
  • Provider retention and model-training settings that can be stated publicly
  • International-transfer mechanism and data-protection assessment
  • Final high-impact-use cautions and counsel-approved transparency wording
