1. The service and operator
MyBubble is a personal Life Inbox that helps an individual save a note, image or supported document; understand what may matter; remember a relevant time; find the source again; and choose a next step.
The legal operator, address, company identifiers and jurisdiction remain unresolved. Final terms must name the contracting party and provide a monitored contact before acceptance is requested.
2. Eligibility and accounts
The first release is intended for adults acting for themselves. Team, enterprise and child-directed use is outside the intended scope. A final minimum age and country availability require legal confirmation.
You must provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials and notify support of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you knowingly authorize. MyBubble may require email verification and server-backed identity checks before protected areas open.
3. Your content
You retain your rights in notes, images, documents and corrections you submit. You grant the operator only the limited permission necessary to host, secure, process, reproduce and transmit that content to provide the features you request.
Do not upload content you have no right to use, malware, unlawful material, or content whose processing would violate another person's rights. MyBubble is personal software, not an archival, emergency, regulated-record or evidence-preservation service.
4. Automated results and your decisions
Titles, summaries, extracted facts, dates, amounts, classifications and answers may be incomplete or wrong. Check important information against the original. MyBubble is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
A suggestion is not an action. You must confirm consequential steps and remain responsible for decisions you take. The first release does not autonomously send messages, submit forms, make purchases, book services, move money or make commitments for you.
5. Acceptable use
You may use MyBubble only lawfully and within reasonable technical limits.
- Do not attempt to access another person's account, Bubbles, files or service credentials.
- Do not bypass limits, interfere with security, probe the service without authorization or automate abusive request volume.
- Do not reverse engineer protected service components except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Do not use the service to build or operate unlawful, deceptive, harmful or rights-infringing activity.
6. Availability and changes
MyBubble depends on networks and external infrastructure and may be interrupted for maintenance, security or failures. The operator should use reasonable care to preserve originals and communicate recoverable states, but continuous or error-free availability is not promised.
Features may change to improve safety, reliability or simplicity. Material reductions, commercial changes and changes to these terms should be communicated as required by law. Experimental or internal routes are not part of the public service.
7. Plans and billing
Billing is disabled during this draft stage. No price, trial, annual plan, tax treatment, renewal term, refund rule or country availability is offered by this page.
If MyBubble Plus launches, checkout and subscription management are intended to occur on an approved website flow tied to the same MyBubble identity. Final price, billing interval, included allowances, renewal, cancellation, grace, refunds, consumer withdrawal rights and payment provider terms must be shown before purchase. Ending a plan must not delete existing Bubbles solely because access changed.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using MyBubble and request deletion. The operator may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use, material breach or service protection, subject to applicable consumer law and a fair opportunity to resolve mistakes where appropriate.
Final terms must describe notice, export opportunity, retention and any appeal route. Account deletion is intended to remove owned content through a bounded backend lifecycle; exact recovery and legal-retention exceptions remain unresolved.
9. Responsibility and legal limits
Nothing in the final terms should exclude rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any warranty disclaimer, liability cap, indemnity or allocation of loss must be reviewed for the launch countries and cannot be invented from the technical repository.
Until counsel approves those terms, this draft makes no enforceable limitation-of-liability or governing-law claim.
10. Contact and disputes
The final support contact, legal notices address, applicable law, competent courts and any consumer alternative-dispute-resolution information have not yet been provided. They must be completed before these terms can be accepted.
